Meet Dr. Annie Stahl

Annie Stahl is a licensed physical therapist, Deepend Fitness senior instructor, and recreational freediver who specializes in helping people move better through water. With a background in open water endurance sports and aquatic rehab, Annie combines clinical insight with high-performance water training to coach swimmers of all ages and levels.

Her coaching draws from years of working with individuals recovering from injury, navigating chronic conditions like arthritis, or preparing for pre/post-operative goals. Whether it's stroke refinement, deep-end conditioning, or therapeutic aquatic movement, Annie creates programs that are tailored, challenging, and grounded in functional recovery.
